Designed to improve the air at home, each Broan-Nutone® switch is equipped with accurate and fast self-control settings, ensuring powerful ventilation just when it’s needed.
   
These easy-to-use controls eliminate excess moisture and airborne pollutants while reducing energy consumption. Not only do they keep the bathroom air fresh and dry, they enable builders to offer passive, convenient operation which means no more complaints about forgetting to turn on the fan or having too little or too much ventilation.
 
Upgrading an existing Broan-Nutone® exhaust ventilation fan is as simple as installing one of these new switches. Designed with all spaces in mind, each unit features a low-profile design in a decora style to blend into current design trends.

The Broan-NuTone® Digital Dehumidistat transforms ordinary bathroom fans into efficient systems with humidity sensing capabilities. Users can simply set the easy-turn dial to the desired percentage of humidity and the dehumidistat will automatically power the fan on when it senses its designated room is rising above that threshold. With a bright, LED light and easy to turn dial, this digital dehumidistat is an easy solution to ensure any humidity-prone room is always properly ventilated.




The Broan-NuTone® Occupancy Sensor can convert any ventilation fan to a state-of-the-art motion sensing fan. Users no longer have to worry about forgetting to turn off the bathroom fan or light. This occupancy sensing switch turns the fan/light on the second it detects motion in the room and turns off when the motion stops, eliminating the need for manual resets. The revolutionary switch also comes with a timer function, allowing the user to control the amount of time the fan/light stays on after they leave the room to further ventilate the space.




The Broan-NuTone® Speed Control adapts to any PSC bathroom fan to allow users the ability to adjust fan speed to the room’s needs, not the other way around. With the easy-turn dial, users can set their desired fan speed knowing the noise level and energy usage will adjust automatically, lowering energy bills and the need for constant manual adjustment.




The Broan-NuTone® Delay-Off Timer is an easy to control switch that allows users to not only meet exhaust ventilation requirements, but to do so stylishly with a modern, sleek wall control. The ‘ventilation’ setting allows the user to specify how many minutes per hour they want the fan to run, while the ‘delay’ setting specifies how many minutes the user wants the fan to run after the switch has been turned off. Both of these settings help homeowners save energy and meet continuous ventilation codes entering the bathroom.



The Broan-NuTone® Countdown Timer grants homeowners the power to control ventilation at the push of a button. The timer can be set to 20, 40 or 60 minutes to adjust to any room space or humidity level.
