The house was designed by Wade Works Creative, an architecture & design, real estate and production company owned by Emmy-award-winning host and designer Chip Wade and real estate expert Pauli Wade. It also features a powerful 1290 Max Blower CFM for quiet, dependable operation and a 3-speed rotary control for a convenient range of ventilation choices. Broan-NuTone® Steel Roof Cap (634):
Designed for use with 3-¼” x 10” or up to 8” round duct, the 634 Roof Cap features a black enamel finish and provides reliable rooftop ventilation. The 634 Roof Cap also includes a built-in back-draft damper and protective screen to prevent small pests from entering the duct.
