HARTFORD, Wis. (June 14, 2023) – Broan-NuTone® announced today that Venmar Ventilation will now be known as Broan-NuTone - Venmar. The name change occurs as part of a larger mission to increase brand awareness and affinity for Broan-NuTone and its family of brands across North America and in the communities in which its employees work and live.  
 
Venmar Ventilation is a key brand in the Broan-NuTone portfolio with the mission of providing better quality of air for a better quality of life. Throughout its 45-year history, Venmar Ventilation has preserved its dynamic entrepreneurial culture and ranks among the leading North American manufacturers of indoor air quality products for residential use.
 
As part of the transition the branding on the building and in the community will change to Broan-NuTone – Venmar. The Venmar Ventilation product brand will continue to live on in products produced in Drummondville and in other Broan-NuTone plants across the company’s footprint.

The name change takes effect immediately and will have no impact on customers and the day-to-day operations of the business.
