The Broan® QTXE Series bathroom ceiling exhaust fan delivers powerful, quiet ventilation and is ENERGY STAR® Certified. Featuring humidity sensing, with Sensaire™ technology, the fan turns on automatically as it detects rapid increases in moisture at the ceiling level, where steam and humidity rise. After a user-defined time period, the fan shuts itself off to save energy and money. The sensitivity is also adjustable. Humidity sensing fans are ideal for high traffic bathrooms, the kids' bathroom, or for those who leave the house before humidity is properly vented.
With an 110 CFM, this fan efficiently removes moisture, reducing the risk of mold and mildew in most full bathrooms up to 100 sq. ft. Operating at just 0.4 sones, it’s as quiet as a whisper, ensuring tranquility in your home. Our easy install hanger bar system allows for quick installation in any type of ceiling construction, including 2” x 8” setups. Built to withstand moisture, the corrosion-resistant galvanized steel housing and permanently lubricated AC motor offer durability and reliability. Plus, with 6” ducting for optimal performance and a subtle, bright white grille that blends seamlessly with your ceiling, this fan is the perfect solution for a fresher, healthier bathroom.
