The FlexAir Selectable 80/110 CFM Bathroom Exhaust Fan is an ENERGY STAR® certified solution designed for efficient, quiet ventilation. With selectable airflow options, it offers quiet operation tailored to your needs. When set to 80 CFM, the fan operates at just 0.6 sones—as quiet as a soft breeze. At 110 CFM, it runs at 1.3 sones—comparable to the sound of rustling leaves. Project packs are ideal for contractors and builders who haven’t finalized their product selections. By separating the housing from the grille and motor, construction can proceed without concerns about damaging, losing, or storing the final components. The finish project pack includes four CleanCover grilles and four motor/blower wheels. The CleanCover grilles feature a modern design that is easier to clean. This ceiling-mounted fan installs room-side, eliminating the need for attic access, and includes foldable mounting ears and an EZDuct™ connector for fast, hassle-free installation.
