The Broan-NuTone® LoProfile™ DC Series Housing pack is designed for contractors, builders and multifamily construction projects that require maximum installation flexibility during rough-in. By providing the fan separately from the grille and motor assembly, installers can complete the rough-in early in the construction process without worrying about damaging, losing or storing the product.  Once all construction is complete, the purchase of a finish pack, 4 grilles and 4 motor/blower wheels, can be installed to complete the system, streamlining product selection later in the build.  Engineering for applications where traditional fans cannot fit the  LoProfile Fan features an ultra-low-profile housing that installs between.  standard 2x4 studs making it an ideal solution for multifamily housing, apartments, condominiums, townhomes, hotels and renovation projects with limited installation space.  It also features selectable CFM, between 50, 80, and 100 CFM, allowing contractors to meet a variety of ventilation requirements with a single portfolio. A factory-installed ventilation features allow airflow settings from 30 and 100 CFM, supporting improved air quality and code-compliant ventilation strategies. Featuring a high-efficiency DC motor, quiet operation as low as 0./3 sones, and ENERGY STAR® certification, the LoProfile DC Series delivers reliable, energy-efficient performance for residential applications.
